It’s so easy to say that you don’t care When everything you need has always been there Don’t tell me about money Don’t tell me about fame Don’t tell me how it feels Because you and I are not the same So forget my name You and I, we’re not the same How would you know anything about anything When everything you’ve got was handed on a plate Don’t tell me about money Don’t tell me about fame Don’t tell me how it feels Because you and I are not the same So forget my name You and I, we’re not the same Don’t tell me anything about anything

Big Plans 03:06
Keep your head down, or so they say You’re just trying to make it through another day Take it easy now, don’t get carried away Don’t let ‘em in your head now, OK? Are you OK? Hey. Are you OK? Was it all a dream, a charade? It’s all hanging by a thread, a thread so frail Don’t let ‘em crush your soul, OK? Are you OK? Hey. Are you OK? Eyes on the clock Feel the passing of time See the sand in the hourglass As it’s running down It’s running down, running down It doesn’t mean all that much I’m afraid A whole lotta words, a whole lotta weight Don’t let ‘em crush your soul, OK? Eyes on the clock Feel the passing of time See the sand in the hourglass As it’s running down The only way out, that way is through But you’ll make it through You’ll make it through

Wait 04:30 video
I’ve been thinking too much because I’ve been seeing too much I can’t keep my mind off my mind Feels like I’m losing touch Feels like I’ve seen enough Feels like I’m losing Feels like I’m losing my mind Wait I can’t expect you to relate I tried to run but the feeling stays I’ve been yearning too much I’ve been burning too much I can’t keep my mind off my mind Feels like I’m breaking down Feels like, like I’m the clown Feels like I’m losing Feels like I’m losing my mind Wait I can’t expect you to relate I tried to run but the feeling stays The feeling stays, the feeling stays The feeling stays, the feeling stays Wait I’ve got so much love in this world I hate I can’t expect you to relate I tried to run but the feeling stays It stays

Lights Out 05:01
Time after time You got chewed up and spat back out Night after night You lie awake and there’s no end in sight There’s nothing to see With the lights out Tell me how do you feel With the lights out? It’s going to break you It’s going to And I’d love to save you But I can’t Time after time You trace your steps back to paradise Night after night You wage a war against the morning light There’s nothing to see With the lights out Tell me how do you feel With the lights out? It’s going to break you It’s going to And I’d love save you But I can’t even save myself With the lights out It’s going to break you It’s going to And I’d love to save you But I can’t

about

“Big Plans” is the second release from Belgium’s, Wrong Man. Having played together in previous bands, Partisan, Rise and Fall + more, Wrong Man formed to do something different than previous projects. Following the debut, “Who Are You?” Wrong Man continue on the path of noisy, melodic, post-hardcore. Hints of Fugazi, Quicksand, Swiz and Jesus Lizard are sprinkled throughout the band’s songs. On “Big Plans”, the band sounds the most confident yet. Sonic pushes and pulls, along with the bands’ ability to play with quietness, and with Bjorn’s yelling of introspective, separative lyrics, the band creates a very dynamic and unique record.

about

Wrong Man Ghent, Belgium

Wrong Man was formed in 2021 by a bunch of friends that - in one way or another - had already been playing together for years. With a shared love for a wide range of music and a shared background in hardcore/punk, the outcome is a band that thrives on the tension between loud guitars, subtle melodies and a bluesy groove.
